4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. A Most Notable Literary Review By Constance B. Morrison This year's Bacopa has some of the best and most original stories and poetry I've heard in a long time. "Your Invisible Alligator" took me back to my childhood and my naughty cousins who were always trying to scare me with monster stories. "Beautiful Like This" brought a lump to my throat as I imagined my husband's long-ago courting, oh my. "The Fire Breather" reminded me of the hard-heartedness of some and of the deep compassion of others. "Memories of a Honeymoon and a Milk Carton" made me think about blame and how easy it is to dish it out without accepting any. These are just a few of the 41 stories and poems written by a vast array of authors, many seasoned, several not, but all sharing their hearts through words on paper.

Baxter Congratulations to the editors of Bacopa Literary Review and to all the authors whose pieces were selected for publication. Choosing the nine winners could not have been easy, for there are a number of pieces worthy of a prize. I especially enjoyed Mary Moycik's "Reading the Newspaper," and Richard Key's "How to Manage Your Money."
